How to Purchase a Gift Certificate for Someone Else
Purchasing a gift certificate is a great way to show you care. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, holiday, anniversary, or simply treating someone special, a gift certificate allows your recipient to choose a time that works best for them.
But there’s often confusion on how to purchase a gift certificate online.
The booking system links each gift certificate to the name and email address entered during purchase. This information is also used to send appointment confirmations, intake forms, and other important information. In order to make sure the correct intake forms are associated with the correct client, I’ve included a walk through of how to purchase an online gift certificate.
Navigate to the booking site from one of the “Book Now” buttons found on this website.

From the booking site, select “Gift Certificates” at the top of the page.
Select the appropriate session and then the duration. It is important to select Pregnancy Massage if the recipient is pregnant to ensure the correct setup of the massage table.
After you’ve made the desired session, click “Buy now”
Next, you’ll choose a gift certificate design
This is the important part!
The first two fill ins are for the recipient. Please put the name of the person you want to purchase the gift certificate for.
You’ll then have the option to email the gift certificate to the recipient or to print the gift certificate.
If you choose to email it, please enter the email address of the recipient. This is important to keep appointments, gift card credits, and intake forms connected to the correct clients. If you put your information, everything will be tied to you and not your recipient. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to reassign the gift certificate.
If you’d like this gift to be a surprise, printing is also an option. You can print the gift certificate and include it inside of a greeting card.
The next page shows you a preview of what your recipient will see in their email and also what you’ll print out.
The emailed version will have a Book Now button and a claim code. The recipient will be able to book their session directly from the email.
The printed version will include only the claim code. Your recipient will need this code if booking online.
Now you can purchase the gift certificate.
If you chose to email, it will be emailed to the recipient.
If you chose to print, you’ll receive a download/print link.
